Did you know that green #coffeebeans are the raw seeds of #coffee “cherries”,and are basically regular beans that have yet to be roasted? I’m very picky when it comes to #espresso, and one of the best I’ve ever had in Las Vegas is at The Java Tree!The owner is Ethiopian,and they use #Ethiopian coffee beans(known to be some of the best in the world) which they roast in-house, to make their coffee. They also serve traditional Ethiopian dishes,which I have yet to try. A cosy, must-try hidden gem!
