I went to the Jerk Shack for the jerk chicken, and left completely in love with the fried chicken. I usually like jerk over fried chicken, but their fried chicken is so good - I see why they have a Bib Gourmand distinction. I chose rice and mac and cheese for my sides. I wasn't a big fan of the mac and cheese, but my fav mac n cheese is easy mac, so don't take my opinion too seriously. I also got a side of plantains, which was delicious and perfect with everything.
