i been here multiple times and i think it a pretty good study spot! it does get crowded sometimes mostly during the afternoons so be aware! the parking can be difficult too.

Such a good spot to meet get work done, study, chat with friends or discuss business meeting. It’s usually always busy and the staffs are friendly. 
Their drinks are all delicious. I tried majority of them but my facilite are banana milk smoothie, rose matcha latte and dalgona latte!

I stopped by and tried the Iced Dalgona Coffee – it was a great experience! The ample seating and spacious community table made it an ideal spot to study or meet up to catch up with friends. I'm looking forward to coming back to try other drinks and take advantage of the cozy atmosphere. The aesthetic is pretty, making it a nice spot to relax and socialize. +++ Nice Friendly Helpful Staff. Rating: 4/5.
