Started with the Caesar—crisp romaine, bold capers, fresh dressing, and shaved Parm. The Wild Salmon was tender with a smoky char, served with cozy roasted veggies and potatoes. But that Ironbound Burger? Juicy sirloin, Wagyu tallow richness, melted cheddar, and that Jack Daniels bacon relish + saffron aioli combo… chef’s kiss. Pure flavor from start to finish.
