Nola inspired food at this restaurant in New Paltz, NY.  Loved the chicken and andouille sausage gumbo.  Perfectly seasoned and delicious.  Got a cherry gimlet drink yum.  Alligator bites and fries were also good.  Hubby liked his mushroom etouffee with crawfish.
