The Penrose is one of the best bars on the UES for a lively time.  The cocktails and food are great.  You’ll find a younger crowd here

The Penrose is a great bar on the UES.  It’s always filled with young professionals and it’s always a fun time.  The cocktails are tasty and the food is great too
