We Came. We Slurped. We Conquered. 🍜
At The Story of Ramen in San Francisco, we got to learn how to make one of my favorite meals from scratch. This hands-on experience is the best of both worlds: it’s fun and functional. 
From measuring out flour like precise scientists, to kneading and rolling dough with a Kitchenaid pasta attachment, we dove headfirst into the noodle making process. After slicing our sheets into springy strands and boiling them to perfection, we assembled our ramen bowls!
