These plant based macarons at The Verón are to die for! I wouldn’t have noticed a difference if I didn’t know they were plant based. Yummy flavors with a good ratio of filling to cookie. Lavender, guava, and blueberry were some of my favorites! Great as a gift or a treat for yourself. Perfect to bring to a house warming party!
