## About
There is a modern gastro pub, located in Town Brookhaven, with a chef driven menu.  Featured items include house ground Bison Burger, house ground beef burger and house made fries.  In addition to the burgers, we also offer a variety of house made soups, salads, house made pasta dishes and a unique array of sandwiches like our mahi cuban and our crab cake sandwich.  There has a weekly "Chef Board" that features specials such as truffled lobster mac & cheese, smoked chicken Rangoon's with watermelon sriacha sauce, steamed mussels and other unique cuisine.
