Banh cuon here reminds me so much of the delicious one that I ate in Saigon, Vietnam. Their portion is pretty big for me so I had to ask for less filling and yet I still couldn’t finish the whole thing in one take. The wrap is very thin which is how it’s supposed to be made. The fried mung bean cake was cooked to perfection, crunchy outside yet still somewhat soft inside. The fish sauce is very light and flavorful. I wish they gave some basil leaves though. Still a Great meal overall.

So thrilled to have authentic Vietnamese style breakfast nearby.  Great coffee options to accompany your meal.  Went with the ground pork and eggs in steam rice rolls and they did not disappoint.  So unique and love coming here.
