Great Banh mi and egg coffee

Good fillings on the banh mi here but the bread could be better. The bread is on the firmer side. Doesn't have the good crisp and fluffiness.
Ordered on the kiosk and picked up shortly after. I got the combination, meatball, and pork sausage. Decent amount of pate and butter in the bread. Good cold cuts. The meatball had ok flavor.
They share restaurant with trung Nguyen legends coffee.
Few amount of seatings inside for a coffee/sandwich spotLots of parking but does get busy in the plaza.
