Think Poké is a sushi bowl quick service restaurant that serves a variety of poké bowls and boba teas. Seating is limited, so the majority of customers take theirs to go. I had the Hawaiian Poké bowl and subbed tuna for scallops. Its topped with furikake (i put it on everything)! Hubby did a build your own bowl with chicken for his protein. Ingredients were fairly fresh, and the food was delicious.
