This is my favorite mid-day #coffee place to go close to my office in #Manhattan #NYC #Astorplace! Super cute, green decor, #vegan friendly coffee tea and treats at a reasonable price and comfy sitting space and wifi - you can't ask for more for a #Cafe! Another great thing about this spot is that they have yoga classes on site - so you can join in and make friends while maintaining health. Isn't that great?!

I’m sure you’re all familiar with hidden bar speakeasy’s but what about hidden yoga studios? 🧘‍♀️

This is a cute coffee shop in the front but you can head right behind those mirrors for yoga, breath work, or meditation classes that’ll have you feeling like you’ve taken a mental escape from the loud New York streets. 

If you’re looking for somewhere you can drink your coffee and find your center, this spot’s got you.
