Tia Carmen has my heart! 🤍 Dominican and mexican inspired cuisine by Chef Angelo in Phoenix, AZ. Went there flr celebratory dinner and we did a family style and loved everyrhinf our favorites were the Seafood tower and Jack fruit Menudo!
