Tipsy Shanghai is a lovely Chinese restaurant. It is so beautiful and I loved being inside. The food is also incredible and you will leave very full.

The service was great and everyone was so friendly.

You need to have the dumplings. They are so juicy!

I think my favorite dish was the Minced Pork noodle. It was Peking style and a nice combination.
