Tucked away next to a 76 gas station you’ll find Tito’s Taquitos. I tend to be a bit skeptical of food trucks as it isnt something that we normally have in my town. But, wow! Everything is very much reminiscent of something my mother would make me as a child and now when I visit her. The potato tacos are light and airy and not one bit greasy. I suggest getting the citrus pork which is slow cooked and oh so tender. Eating here feels like home.

Tito’s Taquitos recently opened their first brick and mortar and it’s absolutely as incredible as their food truck. While we were on vacation in Portland, we ate here twice as soon as they opened. Its hard not to order everythinh off the menu. They now offer catering as well!
