Was craving some hot Korean soup in a cold Thursday afternoon, specifically doengjang jjigae so we ended up coming here. The soup selection is limited but each is so flavorful. Our table ordered Doengjang jjigae, Seolleongtang, Gamjatang, and haenea tang. The gamjatang came with so many piece of beef brisket - so worth it! I had the haenea tang and I really enjoyed its flavors. It felt like a very local friend spot. Everyone in here were ahjussi and ahjumma so that was kind of reassuring.

Tosokchon is a Korean restaurant that just recently opened in ktown. I was so excited to visit with my friend and was so happy to see that it is very authentic Korean food. Everything tasted so fresh and we had very unique dishes.

It has a unique vibe When you enter you can see the K-pop music playing on TV and hear it as well. It just feels very homey.
