Toasted was founded by two incredible UW alumni, Jafaar (with roots in Iraq & Egypt) and Murat (with roots in Turkey), who share a passion for introducing the vibrant flavors of Mediterranean cuisine to Seattle! They’ve created a warm, welcoming space in the U-District, where every bagel is crafted with love and a taste of their heritage. 🌍✨

As someone who recently spent two weeks in Turkey, I felt a special connection while sipping on authentic Turkish coffee.☕️
