Local, hidden gem off-Strip serving Japanese-style Tonkatsu and Curry dishes as well as tasty appetizers. The Executive Chef created a special breading with panko breadcrumbs mixed with a secret ingredient, making for a unique, lighter, crispier breadcrumb coating, which I loved! The gyoza and curry were also good, though the Tonkatsu was my fave. A must-try spot!
