This is a no frills taco spot for those who are near Rice Village. The parking is always horrendous but usually still some spots left in their paid, private lot. The order counter on the left is usually efficient and you can grab a seat anywhere inside. We came for pregame treats and I had their chips&queso. I love the heat in their queso and how crispy & thin their chips are. The queso is thick enough to coat each chip. What would you order here? #torchys #queso #chips #mexican #ricevillage
