As far as Mexican restaurants go, @toreros_mexican_restaurant is pretty standard. Brightly decorated with music playing. Immediately brought out chips and salsa. The pico style was really "rustic" with large uneven chunks of jalapeños and tomatoes. The chips were warm, and the regular salsa had good flavor. He ordered a shredded beef chimichanga. The beef had excellent flavor, though the portion was a little small. It was really loaded with sour cream and extra chunky guacamole.
