I was invited to try a traditional Filipino brunch, which features a choice of protein, served with rice and eggs. My group had fried milkfish, beef tapa and chicken adobo served with rice and eggs! The longonisa fries caught my attention. Longonisa is a savory and sweet breakfast sausage. The flavors of sweet sausage and salty from the fries paired well with the chipotle sauce and crema. Don't forget to try their kalamansi juice, which is made with a Filipino citrus fruit.
