Troy ATX is tucked in the middle of a strip mall, and its surprising I havent heard of it before. I got the gyro plate, which came out literally minutes after I ordered it. I heard the knife cut the gyro meat straight from the broiler, and it was on the table shortly afterwards. The gyro meat was tasty, and their housemade white sauce complimented it well!
