This place is great for a quick bowl or smoothie much better than the fast food out there.  I’ve tried the OG and Bro Rogan smoothie both are really good and worth it for the price.  I’m happy with these too but will probably try the others next time!

First time trying sea moss and I’m hooked! I’ve heard about the nutritional benefits and how good it is for you so I’m so glad they have it at Tru food. And the best part is I can add it to my açaí bowls to mask the texture. It is a gooey gelatin texture so it’s interesting eating it by itself, but when it’s in an açaí bowl I forget it’s there. Genius idea, and super good!!!

Not your average acai bowl place! Such variety of mix ins and add ons. I personally like the blue magik and chia pudding in the bowl. I had already ordered but I saw on the menu they have an acai that is “zero” sugar sweetened by dates so gotta try that next time.
