Long queue to order and longer wait time after ordering because this place is popular and because cooking the beef tongue over the charcoal takes time.  The cook was working as fast as possible.  The standard fare is a bit pricey though, over $30.  Cones with a bowl of rice and a bowl of beef and green onion soup.
