JAPANESE SHAVED ICE!!

This is the newest dessert I've tried out and it refreshingly pleases the palate with the sweetness of the black sugar, creaminess of mascarpone cheese cream and distinct flavor of the kinoko powder!!

Come try it out!!  highly recommended!! 😋

I love the ramen with wagyu and truffle! It’s so delicious and the food was just amazing! The kakigori is also light creamy and yummy 😋 my favorite cocktail was the shiratsuyu (the one with calpico)

5/2/25 Cool hangout place, grab some SMALL BITES to share, try their YUZU beer— surprisingly great (I hardly ever drink beer)

I came here to try out their deluxe noodle, a ramen where you dip everything into the thick soup base. it was a different way of eating ramen and the soup was rich with umami taste!!

Went to Tsujita Ramen in Pasadena and tried the Tonkotsu Ramen and the Jiro. The flavors were great—the Tonkotsu was rich and creamy, and the Jiro had that bold, garlicky punch with hearty toppings. Noodles were perfectly chewy and portions solid. Service was just okay though, and they forgot my karaage, which was a bit disappointing. Still a tasty ramen spot overall, but hoping for smoother service next time.

Tsujita has very unique noodles!!! They are dipping noodles, the noodles are separate from the broth. You would dip the noodles in the broth. The broth is super rich and flavorful. A lot of umami flavor. The noodles are super chewy and tasty!! They also offer traditional noodle broth dishes as well!!
