dining at uchiko is always such a lovely experience! came here for my sister’s birthday and they gifted us a drink and dessert! ordered a variety of sushi, rolls, and hot dishes. Our favorites were the unagi, salmon belly, and soft shell crab roll!

Ohmagawdddd y’all, we decided to have our Valentine’s Day celebration at Uchiko this year and let me tell ya. We did the chef’s omakase (chef’s choice!!!) and each. And. Every. Bite. Blew us away! If you want complete date night bliss, Uchiko is your go-to. A bit on the pricey side but absolutely worth it.

Everything on the happy hour was delicious — the fish here is so fresh and lovely! The yellowtail and lobster sushi roll was a favorite!

My favorite sushi spot to visit overall is Uchiko and for happy hour you can find the Sake Maki which consists of Scottish salmon, cucumber, and apple relish. It comes with a white chili aioli to dip that is very flavorful. I get this every time I come. ($8 for 5)
