Exceptional sashimi. The fish is incredibly fresh, clean, and perfectly sliced, with buttery textures and pure flavor in every bite. Simple, elegant presentation that really lets the quality shine. A must-order at Uchiko Plano.

Had our first omakase experience at Uchiko nestled in Plano, Texas. My favorite was their Hama chili this was some of the freshest and most delicious sushi I ever have had. Their avocado nigiri and slow cooked ribs were delicious! Honestly we throughly enjoyed everything we had! The drinks were amazing! The service and ambiance set the tone for a magical date night! Highly recommend this restaurant!
