Clean flavorful Tokyo shoyu ramen! The broth was delicious and the charsiu melts in your mouth on first bite

The chicken in both ramen dishes were a bit overcooked. The pork had a good balance between fat and protein. The chicken broth in the shoyu ramen was very light. The broth in the tonkatsu ramen tasted just like any good tonkatsu ramen broth. Not too bad overall.

They’re still in the soft opening but the food is sooooo good! I’m not a really a big fan of ramen bc I lean towards pho more but I definitely see myself coming here again😋

Classic Tokyo shoyu ramen: 9/10 I loveee thick noodles but the broth, the noodle texture, and everything else went so well together I’d get it again! The broth had so much flavor and the chashu was so thick, fatty, and soft. Definitely one of the best chashu I’ve had! Also very filling!!
