Umami burger is valid but simple 20USD burgers. At the very least it is good tasting in respect to airplane food metrics. $$

Trash.
Literally 48$ for a tender and salad.
It took 30minutes, was cold when we got it, and none of the sauces we asked for. So when returning for my sauces they purposely ignored me (stood right at the front patiently waiting for 20minutes until i couldn't take it anymore and asked for one honey mustard.)

$16.99 before tax and tip for the basic Umami burger at the airport, the least expensive item on the menu.  But at least there was no queue.  Service staff was cheerful and the order came out quickly.
