The cheesecakes here are so good. Super soft, moist, and fluffy! They’re slightly sweet, which is so addicting. I love the original flavor the most. The pandan one wasn’t that good. 
The strawberry burnt basque cakes is also very good. It’s better than the original one.

These Japanese style cheesecakes are unique and come in a variety of Asian flavors.  They are fluffy and airy in texture and not too sweet for the tooth.

Uncle Tetsu has a nice variety of Japanese cheesecakes that are not too sweet but full of flavor. 

We walked away with a pandan cheesecake and a mini strawberry basque cheesecake. Yum!

Tried the Ube cheesecake for the 1st time today. The cake was so fresh, spongy and moist as always. Best texture in town! On the other hand, I couldn’t taste any ube flavor. It tasted very similar to the original one.

Amazing bakery chain- They have a new matcha flavored cheesecake! Amazing texture and not too sweet. This location offers sample too. Cheesecake was less than $20!

This location in San Diego has nice fluffy, but creamy Japanese cheesecakes. Many flavors to choose from and mini cheese tarts were so tasty
