Step into a time warp and emerge in the '80s and the '90s at this themed dessert parlor that offers ice cream, sundaes, and all those good sugary items. They clearly had a lot of fun decorating it and my Rocky road ice cream was quite tasty. Just be aware that they do not offer samples, so you'll need to be bold and go with your instincts.
