If you’re looking for a laid back, backyard, happy hour, Upstairs @ Carolines is a great spot. The food menu during #happyhour was pretty small so don’t expect regular portions. The tacos weren't fancy but were surprisingly flavorful. The drink specials we tried were affordable but definitely on the sweet side. #tapas #dailyspecials #rooftop #outdoorseating
