Stir-fried ice cream, also known as rolled ice cream, originated from Thailand. It consists of milk, cream and sugars mixture stirred to incorporate air spaces on an ice pan and simultaneously cooled to -27 °C/-17 °F.

Urban Ice offers dairy and vegan (with almond milk) versions! I ordered the house creation Cookie Doe, which consists of vanilla-flavored ice cream with cookie dough & brownie bits mixed in and chocolate chips & cookie dough on top. The brownie was not vegan.
