Ordered takeout from here, it was right on time and stayed super warm til we got home (~15 minute drive). I got the lamb vindalu (so tender) and my husband got the karahi chicken and garlic naan. Both were warm and flavorful and filled us up.

decent food. nothing to write home about. it was too spicy for me. should have mentioned no spice at all instead of mild but again mild and spicy were the options given to me. not for me.

Urban India in Gaslamp delivered on bold flavors and satisfying dishes. The Butter Chicken was creamy and well-spiced, while the Saag Paneer had a rich spinach base and soft, fresh paneer. The Garlic Naan was buttery and perfect for scooping. The Hot Gulab Jamun Sundae stole the show—warm, syrupy, and paired with cool ice cream. Great food in a walkable spot, though parking can be tricky.
