I'm a vegetarian and I would like to introduce fresh, homemade vegetarian dishes to people in south California and to other vegetarians. In the beginning, I worked as a cake decorator. Later on, I took on the jobs of a baker and then barista. Since 2013, I've longed to work at a cafe where I could use my knowledge that I've built over 10 years. I also wanted to work at a cafe/bakery with flexible hours so I can support my two kids. Working at V Cafe helped me embrace my passion of cooking, baking, and making coffee.  I hope that my vegetarian menu will be welcomed and enjoyed by all people who are seeking healthy foods and healthy living.
