Great French Restaurant and staff!

I love drinking French wines, because they’re much lighter and more complex than heavy bodied typical Napa wines. For a great spot to have a spring drink and a light bite, check out Viju, which is recently reopened in Jackson Square. It’s owned by the Michelin starred Quince restaurant, so it makes sense that they share a wonderful wine list. Make sure you snag a reservation when they open one week in advance.

Verjus is a phenomenal stop with great vibes, awesome food, and attentive service. They have an extensive wine list, which I love, that leans a bit on the natural side but also has some classic producers as well. Whether you want just a glass or full blown dinner this is a spot worth seeking out.
