Hidden fast casual to-go gem tucked away in Ellis Island Casino, serving Artisan Italian Focaccia sandwiches with freshly made focaccia. They use authentic Italian ingredients imported from Italy, such as mozzarella, mortadella and other salumi. I ordered the weekly special with mortadella, mozzarella and a house made pistachio pesto, and it was to die for! Prices are reasonable, considering the quality and the fact that it’s close to The Strip. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
