I had a Spanish mule made with dry white #Vermouth and it was delicious! It was also affordable for #Miami prices but then again vermouth is inexpensive to make and doesn't have a high alcohol percentage so take that with a grain of salt. I also tried the La Pivon white vermouth which was also very good. 

I believe there is potential here but right now it's untapped. Miami's first vermouth bar could be short-lived.
