My friends and I came on a Sunday night and there was no wait. I think this place has a lot of potential. I do have some suggestions. The broth itself could be more beef forward, it is a little on the light side. The meat is good quality as you're paying for a short-rib. The noodles are on the thicker side. The pork paste spring rolls lacked more pork. But overall, the rest of the ingredients were fresh. I think if the broth were simmering for longer, it would be a hit.
