Ducked into The Sweet Elephant yesterday during our Colorado Springs adventure. It is a quaint wine & coffee shop that also has food & baked goods. They do FREE WINE TASTINGS DAILY! How fun?!! I loved their Redemption 🍷 red and the charcuterie was on point!! Nice, friendly staff too!
