Absolutely best matcha spot in Mission Viejo. I love their Pandan Matcha Latte - I get it all the time! Cozy interior as well. Will be back!

Vivot opened a second location in Mission Viejo! Known for their matcha and high quality drinks. Some bites available as well. Got their hojicha latte and it was pretty solid.

Vivot Cafe is a great new spot in Mission Viejo. The matcha is excellent—smooth and well-balanced—and the space is perfect for studying or getting work done. Calm vibe and plenty of seating make it an easy place to stay awhile.
