The free willing chef who landed himself in New York straight from Hong Kong decided that he would create a restaurant in pursuit of that perfect take-out for the New York crowd. He brought with him the flair of Cantonese style cooking with special sauces and meats marinated to perfection while tossing over high heat which was packed right away for take out.
Established in 1985.
Wacky Wok has served the Venice and the Marina Del Rey areas since 1985. Featuring Gourmet Chinese Cuisine in a "New York Style" open kitchen. We are renowned for presenting "The Best Chinese Food on the Westside" by numerous newspapers, internet restaurant sites and by our loyal customers.
