I got the TanTanMen and my friends got the beef brisket don and the Tokyo fries. My tantanmen was beef brisket based and a little spicy. I liked the chew of the noodles, which were cooked just right with a little al dente. I tried some of the don. The beef brisket was sweet which was a little weird. The kimchi tasted young, not very pungent and not super pickeled. They used cabbage kimchi instead of napa. I liked the touch of alfalfa sprouts though! The Tokyo fries looked interesting.
