Our pop-up business specializes in gourmet pupusas and fried chicken sandwiches. We offer rotating menu specials every week. Dinner and a show.
Established in 2019.
Walking Spanish was established by Chef René Alesandro Coreas, from his Monterey Park apartment. Quickly expanding to a commissary kitchen in Alhambra, the small home-shop transformed into a pop-up shop. Soon after, continuing to grow, Walking Spanish expanded once again into it's current street stand Pop-Up form.
