Lovely tea smell once you step inside. Parking can be hard to find, although they do have some spots outside with 30-min limit just for Wanpo. I used Snackpass app to order, and they’re fast with it so that I can quickly pick up.

yummmm. yummy! drinks and service was quick, only took like a few minutes. boba was soft and chewy so that was perfect as it is fresh. flavor is also not too sweet when i ordered 50 % sweet which was nice. can't wait to come here again! ambiance is very cozy too
