We stayed at Fontainebleau and had dinner reservations at Washing Potato. The layout is very unique, like a reserve open kitchen concept. The food was delicious Chinese food, we really enjoyed the duck. The milk tea was also pretty good. The service and ambiance were great. Very convenient restaurant for hotel guests.
