Went to the gym early today and decided to stop by Wellness Works & Nutrition. I’m usually at the gym in the afternoon so they’re closed by that time. I tried the Caramel Mocha and it definitely outranks other protein shakes I’ve had at smoothie places. Would love to try some of their preworkout drinks before my workout in the future!
