Freshly made pretzels, they were nice and hot. They taste good with their dip

When you are able to get a fresh pretzel, it's good.
Otherwise you get an old stale one that's been sitting under a warming lamp for who knows how long.
The service is a whole other story. The women who work there are not customer service oriented. They don't greet you and are downright rude when you ask them a question about whether they still carry a certain flavor pretzel.
Because of the poor service, I would rather go to their competitor.
