Jesus. Christ.... these birria tacos. Have you ever seen a more perfectly cooked prime rib? The housemade chimichurri on the ribeye was absolutely banger. BBQ sauce on the ribs was the right combo of sweet and tangy. This whole menu was recently revamped and I just can't say enough great things.
